Gas to the building was shut off with a lock at the meter, should be all that’s causing the heater not to come on as the unit is pretty new. No other issues to report.

Duct cleaning to remove dust, dirt, debris, and other contaminants from the ductwork. Application of a disinfectant to eliminate mold, bacteria, viruses, and other harmful microorganisms that may be present within the ducts. Cleaning of air vents and registers to prevent the recontamination of the ducts.

Checked unit and everything looked good. Only thing was the thermostat was not calibrated correctly so it was causing the unit to overheat. They will go ahead and buy their own thermostat. Other than that I did all I can do

Had to rewire Customer thermostat. Checked to also make sure unit was heating properly and it was. Customer did not have extra filters so I couldn’t replace the filter. Called customer to authorize payment

Found unit with a tripped breaker , reset and found a shorted wire , replaced the wire and the unit is now running and heating .

The flame rollout switch was open, preventing the system from engaging. Upon inspection, I observed that the gas pressure was high. I adjusted it accordingly, and I am pleased to report that the house heating is now functioning properly. 🌡️

Office staff was super friendly, informative and quick to get someone dispatched to us. Highly recommend Trenton Marks as our technician. He was quick to arrive, super friendly and polite, knowledgeable, and talked us through caring for our ac unit. Our unit was frozen solid and not much he could do until it thaws although he believes our dirty unchanged filter to be the culprit, so change your filter often folks! With that being said, he already took the time to schedule a follow up appointment to clean our unit and thoroughly inspect it for any other issues.

Our AC quit working bc of some work done by our contractors workers. We weren’t sure what was going on with it. I called at 2:18 and scheduled an appointment for 4-6 for same day service. The tech called me at 2:43 to see if we were available for him to come head to our house. They figured out that it was a fuse that was blown and it was about 30 minutes and they had our AC working. Both technicians were nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them in the future for any service needs!
