Made a thorough carbon monoxide test through the gas line, fittings, supply vents & never got a detection of gas. Mentioned to the customer if they have that smell come back to give us a call. Customer also mentioned he has his son leak test with bubbles at all the fittings & they call checked out good to go.

Upon arrival the thermostat wasn’t showing any codes. Did and inspection of the unit and saw it was running good. Didn’t see any bad signs. Told customer I highly recommended to sign up for a membership to get unit up to spec and unit is running better than it did

Compressors were frozen up due to the blower motor not running on cooling mode, gave an error code on the inverter. Cleared out the code & thawed the compressors & unit is cooling/heating now. No other issues to report.
