Condensate pump reservoir was filled with both water & bacterial growth not allowing the pump to effectively drain the reservoir. Thoroughly cleaned out the reservoir along with the pump & filled it back up with warm water & tested it out to see if it would continue working properly & it did. No other issues to report.
Compressor needs to be replaced with a capacitor & add acid away along with adding a new return grill & flex duct. Went with warranty compressor instead. Will have to wait until it comes in to replace the compressor.

Customer said they plan on selling the home this year so she’d rather just charge it up instead of buying a new system. Capacitor for the compressor was bad as well & went ahead & changed it out. Unit that we changed the circuit board on, we just reset it again until we get parts ordered & come in. While we were there an employee mentioned another unit wasn’t cooling, middle heat pump unit we just added a 3 ton hard start kit & is cooling now. No other issues to report.
