Erik called to let me know he was arriving soon (at the beginning of the scheduled window). When he arrived he introduced himself and asked to look at the inside (attic) unit location and thermostat and the location of the outside unit. He was very friendly and professional. He went outside and immediately went to work on my semi-annual service. After completing that, he came back inside and serviced the attic unit. After he was done, he showed me the readings on his meter and said one reading was lower than recommended but told me I could watch it for a while but it would definitely go out this summer. I told him I appreciated his honesty but since we are just going into summer it would be better to repair it now. He had the part in his truck and immediately completed the repair. This is my 2nd Service with
Mega Care and I highly recommend them for AC needs.
